This quick skill lab provides leaders the tools and resources they need, when they need them.
The first 30-minutes introduces essential leadership tools to enhance your skills, and ease your way. The second half is an unscripted ‘office hours’ open forum with our experienced facilitators that allows Q&A and additional practice using your scenarios.
The tools are from our Leadership Groundworks program. Topics include: communication, coaching, conflict management, teambuilding, change.
