Connect and Coach is a short-term, results-focused experience during which core leaders are brought together to discuss one specific leadership issue or opportunity they would like to act on. With the help of a facilitative coach, leaders will apply the GROW coaching framework to help them systematically work through their challenge. This short-term experience brings together leaders to connect and learn from each other while taking small actionable steps to improve their leadership skills. At the end of this session, participants will be able to apply a coaching framework to navigate the challenges they face in their role as a leader at Providence.
