How did your earlier career choices lead you to where you are today?

Each experience of my vocational journey has led me to today. From teenage work as a Christmas elf to service as a school Principal to my call into healthcare where I aim to form and ease the way for all in our treasured organization, I have learned to be compassionate, flexible, collaborative, and Mission-centered.
